As designers, we believe that brands and products impact the world around us more than any other form of art. We shape culture, influence society, and drive the economy.
We look for outstanding talent who share our beliefs.
Horizontal structure
Professional hierarchy and job rank are secondary to us. We treat each other as equals, and as a small team, we have a sense of common purpose.
Culture of the professional mission
We nurture the role of design as a usability tool and a medium for art. We want Redkroft to be the ideal creative space for sensitive, ambitious, mature, hungry and fertile minds.
Culture of authorial value
We work as a team, but we celebrate individuals - their contribution, competence and point of view. Whether in project creation, client relationships or portfolio cases.
Pro-expert collaboration with clients
We value professional independence and minimise external interference in the project. We strive to educate our clients that trusting an expert is beneficial for their brand.
Personal and professional comfort
We like to think that joining us is like reaching the final destination. We want everyone to feel they have their job secured, are fulfilled professionally, and are among valuable and welcoming people who care.
Small joys
We have a deckchair on the balcony, a minibar and good coffee, nights out, a potted micro jungle, and a gym (you don't have to use it, you can pretend).
