In 2014, we helped two beer geeks brand their wholesale store. Back then, no one expected that within roughly two years, we would happen to co-create one of the most recognisable new-wave breweries in the country.
Year
2014–2018
Scope
Brand design, corporate identity, collaterals, print design, packaging design, social media, creative direction.
The whole project started as something different than a brewery, indeed – it was a wholesale first. The idea of brewing the first beer came next. So a label was needed. Clients loved the brand and the concept behind it. The beer started to sell tremendously, and new types and flavours followed. What was first a wholesale turned into a contract brewery. Not long after that, the brand became the most significant success of polish crowdfunding, raising 400,000 PLN (approx. €100,000) in 11 days. A couple months later the brand attracted a new investor thanks to whom Inne Beczki now owns a brewery producing 5 million litres of beer annually.
The foundation is the visual key that was consistent from the very beginning, based on a custom illustration for every label. The aesthetics are unparalleled among other brands and clearly suggest every bottle of beer was made with care. This made Inne Beczki one of the most recognisable craft breweries on the Polish market.
The naming for each flavour is smart and unique (e.g. “Pardon My French” or “No Reason”). We enhanced it with clear, strong typography making each label beautiful and distinctive. All of this just to make you want to grab another bottle.
